The Web as a Global Market
What Darwin means - What FIRST mean

Darwin is an acronym that stands for Distributed Agents to Retrieve the Web Intelligence. The Web is a huge repository of resources of Information, Knowledge and Entertainment but we have to ask ourselves if itís a repository of Intelligence. We have to answer then the following question: does the Web the have the ability to learn or to deal with new or trying situations; or the ability to apply knowledge to manipulate oneís environment or to think abstractly as measured by objective criteria?. Being the question in those terms our spirit is prone to say no.
